Preventive maintenance & guarantee
  We offer a one-year warranty on our Phileas® machines under normal conditions of use. An extension of the guarantee is possible provided you exclusively use our disinfectants O2SAFE and PHILEASAFE® with our Phileas® machines.
  As a matter of fact, the Marketing Authorization (FR-2009-0071) guarantees the results and the efficiency of a machine / biocide couple and has been obtained with the Devea products.

In addition to the one-year warranty, Devea provides its clients preventive maintenance solutions to ensure:
  Optimal disinfection results
  Protection of your ASD equipment
  Optimal lifespan of your ASD equipment

After sales services
  To ensure the continuity of your disinfection processes and protocols, the Devea team is committed to report back with a diagnosis within 48 hours of receiving your machines. We systematically control:
    Calibration
    Flow
    Quality of the fog
    and we perform a complete cleaning
