Digital accessibility
The implementation of article 47 of the law of February 11, 2005 for the equality of rights and opportunities, participation and citizenship of persons with disabilities made accessibility a requirement for all online State public communication services.
devea-environnement.fr website has been designed to be accessible to as many people as possible, in particular those with disabilities.
This means that any Internet user can access all of the site’s content without his or her disability constituting an obstacle.
In order to be used by people with disabilities using a variety of navigation methods (navigation without a mouse or keyboard), specialized software or hardware (voice reader, Braille display) or requiring the personalization of the website’s display (enlarged characters, contrast quality), the website complies with the RGAA recommendations.
In order to maintain this high level of quality, the devea-environnement.fr teams continually monitor accessibility standards when updating the site.
Digital accessibility standards include the following conditions:
font sizes can be enlarged and reduced
images have alternative texts when necessary
language changes are indicated
headings are multi-level
tables are accessible to voice readers
the site can be browsed without using a mouse, using tabbed navigation

The DEVEA accessibility policy
DEVEA is committed to an approach aimed at respecting digital accessibility in general and the RGAA (General Accessibility Improvement Reference Framework) in particular. In order to comply with the expectations of The Inter-Ministerial Directorate for Digital Affairs and State Information and Communication System (DINSIC), the devea-environnement.fr website is based on version 4.0 of the RGAA.
To enable its various departments to comply with this accessibility requirement, DEVEA has carried out several actions:
